How to order
Ordering • Postage and packing is FREE for all orders over £30.00 Mainland UK, N Ireland, IOM. IOW, Shetlands. • Postage and packing is only £3.50 for all orders under £30.00 • 5% Discount Reward for returning customers • In order to use our shopping cart, your "cookies" must be activated in your internet browser. In most cases, you don’t need to change anything.
Orders being delivered to the UK mainland are now eligible for free delivery on orders over £30 Please allow up to 36hrs for Royal Mail standard delivery. 90% of orders will reach you within 24 hours.
Ordering online Orders taken before 9.00am are processed and dispatched that same day. Orders taken after 10.00 am are processed for dispatch the following day, except Saturdays and Sunday.
Our delivery days are from Monday to Fridays. Orders taken on Saturdays and Sundays will be processed the following Monday, Bank holidays excepted.
We accept the following credit and debit cards:
MasterCard, Visa, Switch, Solo, Visa Electron & Maestro.
All credit card transactions are processed using the highest levels of security. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to, or does not for any reason, authorise payment then you will be notified of this immediately at the check-out stage.
We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is within our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the website.
Returns & Refunds We are happy to fully refund any unopened products returned to us within the first 7 days of having received the products.
'Unopened' is defined as cellophane wrapping or security seals on individual items being left intact. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund any individual products that have had their packaging partially or fully removed.
You have the right to return either part or all of your order, and the appropriate refund will be credited to the same card that you used to pay for the goods. In the unlikely event that we send you the wrong item(s), we will cover all your return postage and packaging costs (to the value of Royal Mail 2nd Class). Unfortunately, your return postage costs cannot be reimbursed in cases where items are unwanted. We would strongly suggest obtaining proof of postage on any item you wish to return, as otherwise we cannot be held responsible for any returned items lost in the post.

These rights are provided in addition to your statutory rights as defined by the Selling Regulations EU and other statutory laws. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Product Information We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been mis-published, including prices and promotions. Prices are subject to change without notice.
